I need details of your License Agreement ?
Our license agreement is a "royalty-free" agreement, which means you pay just one fee with no additional fees.
There is the Standard License which is already very generous; and the Extended License which works well if you are working on a big project or are from a large entitiy such as a corporation, educational institution or government.

How do I get my music ?
All music downloads are available immediately upon successful payment.
All physical products are shipped within 48 hours. Shipping is free to anywhere in the world with no minimum order amount. Most packages are shipped by FEDEX.

How can I make payment ?
You may make payment by credit card or PayPal account.
You may also pay by check or wire transfer. Contact us if you'd like this option.

How do I download my music ?
Go to the 'My Account' section if you are already signed in.
Under the ‘Download Here’ section highlighted in red, click on the relevant link to your order i.e. Download Tracks, CD Albums, JewelStick, JewelDisk.

Eg. For individual track orders, click on 'Download Tracks' under the 'My Account' page. Mouse over the track purchased and click on the ‘See All Versions’ expandable drop down listing where the version of track(s)you've purchased will be available for download there. Downloads are in both 44.1khz WAV and 320kbps MP3. Click and select location on local drive you wish to download your purchased music onto.

What format will I receive my music in ?
You will receive your music in both 44.1khz WAV and 320kbps MP3.
